Very satisfied! Yes, you do have to be a bit careful about the threads during assembly. But that is probably true of any similar light system, including some that cost four times more and work not as well. The brightness, the dimmer, and the clean, unpretentious aesthetics of the light, all exceeded my expectations. -- About to buy another one

I ordered two to start with and after assembling them, I ordered another set for my parents. The assembly is reasonably easy, but be careful not to force things. Of course the light is a cooler color than a 300W halogen light that we have, but it works very well and saves a lot of energy. The dimmer range is quite reasonable as well, but you can't dim it as far you I could with the halogen lamp. I would certainly recommend this lamp to others. -- A very good value
